Orange County Corrections MEP Upgrades
Y24-728 Orange County Corrections Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing Upgrades, Building F, Orlando, FL
The Orange County Corrections Facility will be receiving a full mechanical, electrical, and fire suppression upgrade that includes, new HVAC equipment, duct path, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, low voltage lighting, controls, alongside new acoustic and hard ceilings.
These collective improvements service 3 separate wings of the 6 story Corrections Center. Prior to the new MEP work there is complete and near complete demolition of existing mechanical, fire alarm/fire protection, plumbing and electrical. In addition to the MEP related work there is selective demolition of existing ceilings and metal soffits, concrete floor and roof cutting for new openings.
New concrete work includes foundation for new CMU mechanical chase, floor infills, and fluid applied flooring/waterproofing. New ceilings to be installed include removal/replacement of existing ACT, and new Gypsum Wallboard, and cement plaster with new paint.
